Return Policy for LocalLeadr.com

1. Refund Eligibility
   As a new customer, you may request a refund within 30 calendar days of the Date of Purchase for any reason. The Date of Purchase is defined as the date you have paid the Setup Fee, which is the one-time fee paid by new customers for LocalLeadr.com to set up your services. The Refund Period is defined as the 30-day period from the Date of Purchase.

2. Completion of Business Information
   You must complete a questionnaire or provide necessary details about your business in order for LocalLeadr.com to create and deliver your services. If you have not completed the questionnaire, your services will not be delivered. You may request a refund at any time within the Refund Period, whether or not you have completed the questionnaire and/or received the services.

3. Refund Ineligibility After Refund Period
   Subject to clause 4 of this Return Policy, you are ineligible for a refund after the Refund Period, irrespective of whether you have completed the questionnaire and/or received the services. Failure to complete the required questionnaire or provide necessary business details does not automatically extend the Refund Period. Outside the Refund Period, all sales are final and non-refundable.

4. Delivery Delays and Extensions
   If LocalLeadr.com has not delivered the agreed-upon services within 15 days of your completing the questionnaire or providing necessary business information, the Refund Period will be extended based on the delay. For example, if LocalLeadr.com delivered your services 16 days after you completed the questionnaire, the Refund Period would be extended by 1 day.

5. Refund Calculation
   Subject to clause 1, if you have purchased services from LocalLeadr.com, the refund will include the full amount paid, minus the cost of any custom domain name if one has been selected. If no custom domain name has been selected, the recurring subscription plan shall be refunded in full.
